As a trauma-informed health coach, I recognize that your past experiences play a role in shaping your present situation, including shaping your relationship with nutrition and cannabis. I believe that you are capable of changing your surroundings to fit your needs, and not the other way around. It is my priority to provide you with personalized, science-based coaching to help you achieve your health goals and improve your quality of life. Why Nutrition & Cannabis?
Because the two go hand in hand, in my opinion. The main reason most people want to improve their nutrition and eating habits is because of the improvements it can have on their quality of life. Cannabis can have the same impact but in half the time if it's used properly, and often without any downside. In the same way that nutrition is bio-individual, so is cannabis science. My primary role as a nutrition and cannabis coach is to offer guidance and support on how to safely incorporate cannabis into your lifestyle for your desired therapeutic benefits, as well as introduce nutrition and lifestyle interventions that will be sustainable for you and your needs. You and I will work together to find what works specifically for you, and whether that includes cannabis or not is entirely up to you.
